MATERIALS ON THE FAUNA OF COLEOPTERA, HISTERIDAE OF THE ATYRAU REGION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

Annotation: As a result of processing the collection material and published literature data for the Atyrau region, 55 species of toad beetles or hysterids were noted. The total volume of the investigated material is more than 1400 specimens of karapuzik beetles belonging to 19 genera and 50 species. 5 more species and places of their findings are given according to literature data. A faunistic list has been compiled and data on the regional distribution and ecology of hysterides are given.
