1. Scientific articles in Kazakh, Russian or English are submitted for publication in the "Submission of Articles" block on the website: ojs.wku.edu.kz.

2. The journal can publish articles of Kazakhstani and foreign scientists, pedagogical and scientific workers, as well as undergraduates in collaboration with scientific advisers and doctoral students.

3. No more than 2 articles are accepted from authors per issue of the journal. Moreover, if the first article is submitted without co-authors, then the second article must be co-authored, or if two articles are co-authored, then these articles must have different co-authors. The number of articles by one author published in one issue of the journal can be increased only by a special decision of the editorial board..

4. Articles received from the authors are considered according to the following steps:

- checking for the correct technical design;

- checking for plagiarism and determining originality;

- reviewing by at least 2 reviewers;

- consideration by the editorial board and making a final decision on publication or refusal to publish.

5. Articles can be rejected at any stage of the review, carried out in accordance with clause 4 and communicated to the author (s) by e-mail.

6. In cases of rejection of the article at any stage of consideration, carried out in accordance with clause 4, this article can be revised and re-submitted only once, i.e. in case of repeated rejection, the article will not be accepted for consideration by the editorial board of the journal.
