FEATURES OF THE USE OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AGAINST HARMFUL PHYSICAL FACTORS OF THE PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
The article considers the issues of the use of personal protective equipment against harmful physical factors in the production environment, as well as the features of the choice, application and effectiveness of personal protective equipment aimed at preventing the negative impact of physical factors on workers. The article analyzes various groups of physical factors such as noise, vibration, microclimate, lighting and types of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, headphones, respirators and other technological innovations in this field. The purpose of this article is to analyze the features of the use of personal protective equipment against harmful physical factors in the production environment. By considering the classification of working conditions and the relevant requirements for protective equipment, as well as evaluating their effectiveness and correct choice, we strive to identify the main aspects that affect the safety and health of workers at work. The article was prepared during the implementation of a scientific and technical program on the topic: «Working conditions and occupational risks: classification, categories and grouping criteria within the framework of the transition to a «green economy» (IRN BR22182667) within the framework of program-targeted financing of research by the Republican Research Institute for Labor Protection of the Ministry of Health and Safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
