THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR THE STUDY OF TRADITIONAL HUNTING OF KAZAKHS

Abstract

Abstract. The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of traditional hunting of the Kazakh people and outlines foreign and domestic theories and concepts related to this problem. The main goal is to identify the main theories and concepts for the study of traditional Kazakh hunting. Tasks: to determine the significance of the proposed theories and concepts in the study of the problem; to substantiate them in solving the problems of traditional Kazakh hunting. The considered basic theories and concepts for the study of traditional Kazakh hunting allowed us to reveal the development of Kazakh traditional hunting along with the main nomadic cattle breeding, its place in the Kazakh life support system and preservation in the modern period.  Kazakhs did not try to change the local natural landscape, on the contrary, without science, supporting the principle of "one with nature", they built relationships between nature and man through knowledge about it. Kazakhs, adapting to the environment and engaging in nomadic cattle breeding, also developed hunting at a high level, preserving the relationship and balance between man and nature.
